- Represents 11.6% of the compound’s area
- Includes a service commercial mall with an estimated area of approximately 1,600 m²
Green and Open Spaces:
- Account for about 6.9% of the total area.
- Includes two swimming pools, pedestrian walkways, cycling and jogging tracks, and seating areas.
Planning and Design.
- Executed in accordance with the standards of the New Urban Communities Authority and the El Obour City Development Authority.
- The design incorporates sustainability concepts, such as using renewable energy for street lighting.
